1) Mr.Vinay Kumar Gupta - Born on 07th June 1963 is a judge of Delhi Higher Judicial Service.
2) He was graduated in Commerce in the year 1983.
3) He obtained the Master's degree in Commerce in the year 1985 from Delhi University.
4) He obtained the Bachelor's and Master's degree from Faculty of Law, Delhi University in the year 1988 and 1992 respectively.
5) He joined Delhi Judicial Service in 1992 and was promoted to Delhi Higher Judicial Service on 06 August 2003.
6) Trained Mediation Trainer since 2008.
7) He was the first Principal Registrar of the Armed Forces Tribunal and also the first Judge In-charge, Delhi Mediation Centre, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.
8) He was awarded prestigious Sukhdevi Girdhari Lal Grover Award 1989 by the Faculty of Law, Delhi University for securing highest marks in Constitutional Law exam.
9) He has written books such as "Guide to Judicial Service Examination Civil Law-I 2002", "Guide to Judicial Service Examination Civil Law-II 2002", Guide to Judicial Service Examination Criminal Law 2002", Guide to Judicial Service Examination Preliminary Examination 2002" published by Universal Law Publication, Delhi and also "Mulla's Key to India Practice-A Summary of the Code of Civil Procedure Eighth Ed.2003", Mulla's Key to India Practice-A Summary of the Code of Civil Procedure Ninth Ed.2008" "Mulla Code of Civil Procedure (abridged) Fourteenth Ed.2005" published by Lexis Nexis Butterworths.
